• I manually changed my “Home” and “Site URL” in my settings page in wordpress. Now I cannot acces either my page or admin panel. When I try to log in with my username (not the one I am using now) it says it does not exist. I have read several troubleshooting guides for this but I still can’t fix this proble. Do I have to access the coding for my site and change it? Will I have to go through my host to change the URL to match? Kind of stuck here, help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

I keep reading about accessing the wp-config file but I do not know where that is located

Did you manage to fix this? I have the same problem.

I have done this a couple of times. 🙁

Login to your server and go to the php database. Go to the phpAdmin (if that’s what you use), and then choose the database you use. It might be “Blog” or something like that.

Look in the wp_options for the fields that you had just changed, and return them to their old settings.

    Good luck
