changed server and can’t upload pics

hello, i changed server and now i can’t upload pictures. the rute to the upload folder has obviously changed and i don’t know how to set a new one. i read all the support files about this and simply don’t get. also when i browse the uploaded pictures (that i can see in the website) receive this msg:
