Hi all,
I come to you very excited because I was finally able to put up a live site and get buddypress working. Now my only problem is that when i change permalinks from default to one of the other options none of mu pictures show. Any buddy had this problem?

Be sure to look over the various trouble-shooting tips at the Permalinks page in the Docs section. For instance, when you change from Default does your .htaccess file get updated?

Yes I have tried these troubling shooting tips and htaccess is being updated. My problem is I don't exactly understand how that works. For instance it has changed the links for my pictures to say mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/5/somephoto.jpg but this is obviously no where the picture is.
It is located in wp-content/galleries/somephoto.jpg. If someone could tell me how or what system the redirects works it would be helpful.
