   I changed the permalink on a page so it's now http://www.satvoices.com/garmin-voices but the links at the bottom of the page (under important information") are ALL now directing to that page the Garmin-voices page!

   Most the other pages are named like this ..www.satvoices.com/?p=892

   I am unable to reproduce this..

   All links work as they should none go to the garmin voices page, except the one labelled garmin voices

   If I click the http://www.satvoices.com/?p=1055 ("legal") it is redirected to the contact page http://www.satvoices.com/?p=650. As are all the other links on the bottom Why do you use pretty permalinks and these ?p=650 together. How are you showing these links? Maybe re-saving your permalink structure under "Settings > Permalinks" will do the trick.
