Changed page header, No longer displays on homepage

I have a predesigned & prebuilt layout. There are only 3 pages to the site and they display in 3 separate columns on the homepage. As it’s an affiliate site, to personalise it I decided to change the name of a page & the URL name for said page. Once I did this the page stopped showing on the homepage. I can’t seem to find an option anywhere that says I can in effect sticky a page to the homepage. As I am a complete WP n00b I have no idea what I’ve done. I didn’t do anything to the HTML coding as the page on it’s own displays as it should. There’s not even an option to have it show on homepage.

Anyone have any ideas what I’ve done and anyway I can possibly rectify it.
