Changed Email Address and Can’t Access My Blog

    Do you have access directly to the database through phpmyadmin? You could probably change your email in there.

    I have basic FTP access to the set up (which someone else did). What exact file (in what folder) do I access to change the email address?

    You need to change your record in the database. Try asking your web host how you can get access to the mysql database.
