   Having installed WordPress, then saw that the address had an extra directory, so took files out of directory and tried again, now it doesnt work, shock?
   How do i cure please?

   fix it back

   Thanks for that Sam
   Ii felt a bit hard for me to do all that, so I started again?!
   Deleted my database.
   Re-installed WordPress (without the folder(WordPress))
   Changed the database information.

   But still doesnt work, came up with this error:

   Warning: main(/homepages/37/d289835877/htdocs/becclesrugby/wp-includes/compat.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/37/d289835877/htdocs/becclesrugby/wp-settings.php on line 246

   Trouble is that isnt my database, it must be the old one.
   Do i wait for the old one to delete properly?? or is it the htdocs? if so how do i delete/change them?

   the error means this file
   /wp-includes/compat.php
   is missing
   make sure all files are uploaded
