Is the database of same version wordpress
yes
Did you try and repair database see if that solves your problem.
How do you do that?
I tried to follow these instructions: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting
but when i log into phpmyadmin it doesn't look anything like the description and I couldn't see any way of repairing anything.
Now I am looking at this:
http://codex.wordpress.org/User:harkey/Database_Errors
but can't seem to achieve anything.
when you log in your host click on database and there should be option to repair database.
is that the same as restore database?
That's the only thing I can see anywhere. The Wiki implies that repair can be done in phpmyadmin, but there is not repair option anywhere that I can see. I'm sorry!
No it is not same what host are you using as restore will be in back up icon you need to click on database.
I finally solved it. I spoke to my host and they did something - not sure what and then it worked.
