Has a good solution been developed to this problem? I deactivated and reactivated Jetpack in preparation for updating WordPress and ended up losing everything - inc stats and subscribers. I've seen some solutions relating to PHP but it didn't work (my tables didn't seem to have identical references, I tried changing the ID but then it looked like I had no permission to view it or something).

    Any advice very appreciated!

    My website is http://www.lingocode.com.

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID.

I had a look at your site settings, and it seems that you previously used a different site URL, 5.133.180.13/vhosts/lingocode.com/htdocs/ . Your Jetpack blog ID was linked to this URL.

When you disconnected and reconnected to WordPress.com, a new blog ID was created for your new URL, lingocode.com. Your Stats, however, remained attached to your old Blog ID.

I have now fixed the issue, and you will get your stats back by disconnecting / reconnecting your site to WordPress.com, in the Jetpack menu.
