   By Mistake i changed myself from admin to author, i am the only one using wordpress for my site.

   how can i enable myself to admin.

   go to phpmyadmin and change user level to 10, it will fix your problem

   You will need change user settings in database
   in user_meta table click on browse
   and click edit on wp_capabilities
   you need have this
   a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}
   in meta_value
