   So, I was tweaking some settings in WordPress, and right after I changed the formatting for time and dates on posts, the dashboard suddenly became naked, and when I tried to navigate anywhere, I suddenly got locked out. Now suddenly I can't log in or even view my site. Not sure what I did, other than change one setting. I can't even access the login for my site, and instead get told that I don't have permission.

   http://www.mypaperzombies.com is the site in question today.

   Any suggestions?

   The site and login page seem fine to me.
