   I'd really like to have my tag cloud display as an ordered list instead of a '<'ul'>'. I looked in widgets.php but couldn't see any '<'ul'>' tags to modify in there.

   Which file might I be able to make this change in and/or is there a function I can add to modify the wp_tag_cloud?

   It's in wp_includes/category-template.php - edit it to change it to ol
