   Hello. Would someone be so kind as to list in very simple steps the easiest way to change the URL that my WP install publishes to?
   For dev purposes, I had WP installed in a folder called "dtwp".
   So the published pages go to mysite.com/dtwp.
   Now I just want to publish to mysite.com.

   I know I can change these directories in the general settings.
   But is there anything else I need to do?

   You have two options to use wordpress from the directory where you have wordpress uploaded and you will instructions here

   or

   Move your wordpress to root
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
