I have already read other posts such as this one : http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-change-the-location-of-wp-login?replies=3 and I have not found my answer. I want to change the location of the login page, so if people try to find the default login page, "wp-login.php" they get a 404 or an error. I would simply like to make it something like "wp-adminloginpage" or even "wp-administratorloginpage". Something really hard to guess. I know I can't do something like domain.com/login because that would just be a page. Any ideas?

This is problem something you can handle via your .htaccess file, but I've no idea how.

It is a good idea, however.

There are some security plugins that will change the names of your admin pages. Have you tried looking at any of them?
