Change widget location for Pages vs Posts

Hello,

For pages, I only intend to use the full width page format. So here I would like my widgets in the footer.

But on posts where I am forced to have the sidebar, I would like those widgets there, in the sidebar.

I found a way to label widgets to to say which pages they should be displayed on, but this seems like one more thing to continually update etc. I just want the option to say for Pages here, for Posts there
