Change user role automatically

    Hello,

    I have a little trouble ..
    I would like to change automatically the user rôle.

    Explanation :
    When the user send 20 posts (for example) I would like ‘Contributor ?’ change automatically
    has ‘Author ?’ …

    I have the script but I can’t find the function that updates the database.. Where is this ? How do call ? ..
