    Hi Everyone,

I'm a little confused, I've read a lot about this issue but can't seem to get it clear in my head what i need to do.

I have a site built on one host at:

    http://www.sumacoop.sumawholesale.com

I then have two domain names pointing to this site from another host:
    http://www.suma.coop and http://www.suma.co.uk

This works fine, but once you start moving around the site, the address url alwayd displays http://www.sumacoop.sumawholesale.com

I would like the default to be
    http://www.suma.coop/2009/12/17/suma-vegetarian-christmas-pudding-recipe/

    NOT
    http://www.sumacoop.sumawholesale.com/2009/12/17/suma-vegetarian-christmas-pudding-recipe/

please help. I am not moving wordpress or changing the location of the files, just want to get the url to display the alias as default.

    Many Thanks :)
    Amy

I could really do with some help.

I changed the site url and home in the word press options, which worked, but the thumbnails stopped showing.

Thanks, but i have read both of these documents and don't really find them helpful. I have not moved the site, i just want to display the url differently.

Changing the site url stops me from logging in to the back end, and changing the blog url works, but stops some generated thumnail images from showing.

I'm not sure if there another way using mod rewrite?
