    Hi,
I want to change the uploads folder for my multisite wordpress site. I 've searched around and see 2 ways to get this done:
    - Modifying wp-config.php
    - Open domain.com/wp-admin/options.php and change the fields here.
I am not sure which is the best and smooth way?
Will I have to change the existing image URLs in posted articles after chaing the upload folder?
    Thanks,

  2. Don't do it on Multisite. Neither is 'smooth' with Multisite.

Thank you for the advice. I am told that changing the whole wp-content is easier than changing only uploads folder. Should I change wp-content on Multisite?

  4. Should I change wp-content on Multisite?

No, you shouldn't change anything unless you have a specific valid reason...why do you want to change it? It just unnecessarily complicates things.

Will I have to change the existing image URLs in posted articles after chaing the upload folder?

Yes, you would -- which is another reason to not do it :)
