Change tr background if the column contain certain word

Hello,
I would change the background-color of the tr who has in his column the text “text1”. I think it’s php but i don’t know how to use it. I was thinking about something like that: <?php if(.wp-table-reloaded td == ‘text1’){background-color:blue;} ?> but didn’t works.
