change title tag in posts

    By default, my blog post titles are formatted with (the name of the blog post) >> (name of my blog) like
    <title>Hello world! &raquo; blog.wordpressblogtitle.com</title>

    Is there a way to drop the name of the blog from the title?

    <title>Hello world!</title>
