This plugin takes the current date from your local blog time.

The local time returned is based on the timezone set on the blog’s General Settings page, which is UTC by default.

I have tested it in the past and it is working correctly.

Did you set this for your blog?

    Hi again,

Now my time has been set for the site. Besides I added this code date_default_timezone_set("Europe/Istanbul"); to my functions.php so time is correct now. It is showing gmt +3. Local Istanbul time.

But my end of day time 00.00 (local time) plugin changes 21.00 (local time), what did I wrong I don’t know…

I’m not sure why you need to add code in your footer to set the local time – I do it in Admin -> Settings -> General -> Timezone and it works fine.

I checked this again. I set the timezone so that my local time would be just into today (UTC-7) and it showed events for the correct day (10th). I then set my timezone so that my local time would be (just) yesterday (UTC-8) and it showed the events for the correct day (9th).

So for me the plugin is working correctly taking the timezone from WordPress as expected and setting “today” to fit the local time.
