Support » Plugins » Change theme to display one column of pictures enlarged

  • I am not very technically savvy, so I am hoping a computer genius out there can help me out…please!!! πŸ™‚
I am a professional photographer. Thus, it is important that the photos are the main attraction of my blog. When selecting a theme, I chose one that most closely matched the look of my website. I am using the theme MT Dark. The example of the theme only showed one picture. So, it was centered on the example. However, when I upload pictures to my blog (once I activated the theme), it only allows me to put them in a minimum of two columns and automatically re-sizes the pictures to a square. You can see what I mean by visiting my wordpress blog here.
I would like my pictures to be centered and enlarged as can be viewed on my old blogger blog here.
    Okay…thanks!

Okay, so I figured out how to fake it by entering all the data, including pictures, into blogger and then importing the posts into wordpress. But, there has to be a more efficient way. I would really rather not have to enter everything into blogger first. Any ideas?
