Change the words Continue reading on home page

Hello,
I like your theme. But I want to make a blog in Dutch. That’s why I want to change the Continue reading button into some Dutch words. I can’t find a place to change this.
I know that we can change the words when we use the Read more button, but i want to change the button that appears on the front page with the last article.

I have found some information here about this topic (like Continue reading button is linked to the wrong post and other posts about ‘read more’), but I haven’t found anything about changing this text.
