Change the URL of a page from the generic URL in template (4 posts)

I purchased a template from template monster for my WP site.

I've been editing the content of the pages - but I need to change the URLS (and the links therein) to different names.

For example, on my site now, there is a link:
    http://www.mobilefriendlysolutions.com/index.php/archives/lorem/set-magna-ipsum-dolor-sit-amet-2

I obviously don't want this to be the link to this page- I want to change it to something that is the name of the actual page - not the lorem text.

HOW do I do this?? I have looked through the FAQ & help sections in WP & Template monster - I even did chat with someone at TM and she couldn't give me a straight answer - other than "edit the php file" Ok - WHICH PHP file?? I've looked through the code of several of the PHP files in Dreamweaver and I'm no closer to figuring this out - if someone could point me in the right direction of being able to edit these URLS I would appreciate it.

    Thank you!

Edit the Page or Post and use the Edit button under the permalink (below the Title box) to change the latter part of the permalink.
