Can you please consider adding a input box to change the "Submit" text on the submit button. We'll have to use jquery or a filter to do it now. Or am I missing something? Great plugin. Will donate as soon as my project is finished!

So far you can only can change the "Submit" text by editing the plugin file, or like you said using the jquery. However, you suggestion will be considered in the next release.
