We will take a look. In order to prevent “breaking” existing users of our plugin, we will likely add a new option for the shortcode. Users will select [thumb] (for legacy support) or the new default of [stwthumb] to prevent conflicts in the future.

A new version was released to address this, but the developer misunderstood the request. Legacy [thumb] no longer works in the latest release of our plugin.

Therefore, it is best to wait for the next update.

Here is the support topic on the subject:

Turns out that everything is working as expected but there was confusion about setting it as default. Once you upgrade to version 2.3 or later, then [stwthumb] will be the default and users will have to purposely select [thumb] in order to support the legacy shortcodes.
