Hello.
Have you really tried the plugin? I suppose not.
As a reminder, just take a look at the first field in the settings page https://wordpress.org/plugins/sf-move-login/screenshots/
Bye.
Hello
yes, I installed it and it works with login.php…
When clicking “settings” in the Plugin , I had the content of the .htaccess displayed but not the screen displayed in the doc.
I see that you coded the change of names, great.
I will reinstall it again.
thanks you.
Hi again.
If it works with login.php, it’s not related to my plugin, the default value is “login”, without “.php”.
You don’t need to reinstall the plugin, it’s in the FAQ:
“Can I set my own urls?
Since the version 1.1, yes. You have 2 ways to do that:
1- Use the filter sfml_slugs and return an array containing your custom slugs.
2- Install another plugin, called Noop, to enable a new settings page. Noop is a framework I developed, to easily create settings pages, and to handle options. After you install Move Login, it will provide to you a link to download Noop.”
Hello
2 serveurs (local for dev and one hosted).
The 2 installations failed.
On the hosted (live server) the installation started to write .htaccess and stopped before the end of the Move part !
I repaired the .htaccess as before and remove the plugin.
login or login.php ? ican’t remember. But I see it working as wp-admin displaid a message that login has moved.
I’m using a theme and a child,with WP 3.8.1.
I did the basic installation and activation. I don’t know what is special with my 2 configurations that didn’t accept your plugin.
