    Is there a way to change the length of the navigation bar of my theme so that I am able to accomidate all my categories in one row of the nav. bar?

    Yes, there should be a way to do this, but we can't help if we can't see your site.

    You could move your search bar to below the nav to save a little bit of room, but you would still need to have a very wide page to accommodate all your categories.

    It doesn't look terrible on two lines, or, perhaps you don't need to top navigation bar since you have the pages listed in the sidebar. You could then use that light brown area as a header for the pages...which would look really nice.

    How would I go about moving the search bar and/or getting ride of the horzontal nav. bar?

    To push the search under the nav bar:

    style.css, line 166

    .nav {
    float:left;
    padding:0 10px 0 0;
    width:490px;
    }

    change width to 690px

    To remove the nav bar contents:

    In your header.php, delete everything from <div class="nav"> to the closing </div> which is after the search form. MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE DOING THESE CHANGES.

    Is there a way for me to extend the width of the page?
