This is my blog (under rebuilding as I am moving it from “canalblog” to my own web space under WordPress post after post):
    http://lmiget.free.fr/poeme-blog/
There’s one category of my posts that I’d like to appear in a different font and different size from the rest of the blog.
I’ve been searching (and finding help) about various change in the style.css in wordpress, but haven’t found anything that would answer my specific issue.
Would someone have a clue ? Thanks in advance.

matt’s asides can be tweeked to do what you’re looking for..
f0r example, take a look at this:

    http://www.village-idiot.org/archives/2005/01/30/

the light blue is one (special) category…

Unfortunately, I cant point you to the download link on photomatt.net, if you search for it here though, you’ll find it.

    hope that helps!

Had a look at Matt’s “asides” to see whether it could be of some help for me, but apart for the fact that a few lines of php code (of which I know nothing) may apply to one special category special types of links, I didn’t get a word !!! This seems way too complicated for me.
Anyway, thanks for your answer and suggestion.

The easiest way is to go by this Codex article:
