   I am rebranding WordPress and need to change the Help at the top of the screen.

   Preferably I would want the "Help" link to just open my help page in a new window. If this is not possible I would like to change the text and links in the "Help" slide-down box on all pages.

   Is there a plugin or some code that will do this?
