Change the button text on infinite scroll

    Hello,

    I am trying to change the text of the ‘Older posts’ button in infinite scroll.

    I have found the PHP responsible in the infinity.php file but do not want to edit this directly as my changes will get overwritten when I next update Jetpack.

    How can I do this in my functions.php? I read somewhere I need to use a filter or a hook but my PHP is limited.
