change the automatic setting of default thumbnail

    Hi.
    I have one problem with this plugin (which he great, by the way).
    When i have images and video on post it always take the video thumbnails as a default thumbnail.
    and when i try to define my own image as thumbnail, still it doesn’t change.

    You should be able to set the featured image manually by clicking “Remove featured image” and then clicking “Set featured image”. Which part of the process doesn’t work?
