Change Template Links

Hi, my blog I’m trying to set up is http://blog.groundwire.net. On the right hand side, I would like to be able to change or add my own custom links pointing back to my original website http://www.groundwire.net. I am using a WordPress provided custom template. How do I go about doing this. I can’t find any files in the edit template area that contain the word “meta” as the bottom right hand side of the blog has the word meta with various links underneath it.
