   I want to convert the url of my all tags
   http://www.sample.com/tag/xxx to http://www.wordpress.com/tags/xxx
   Is it possible??

   Go to wp admin and there in Options > Permalinks at the bottom of page you have a choice to change tag to whatever.

   Now tags are coming like http://www.sample.com/http:/wordpress.com/tags/xxx
