I wonder if someone would be able to help me work out exactly where in my .css I can change the font, size, colour etc. of my page & post titles?

I have read around the forums and looked for each of the suggestions I found offered, but none of them have been right for my .css so far.

I have also noticed there have been some quite impatient and blunt contributors to some of the forum questions on this matter - if you are an expert & lose patience with people who might need things explained A LOT and more than once, please ignore my post!

If, on the other hand, you are a lovely patient person and you're up for helping, I'd be really, really grateful and I'll try not to waste your time.

You'll have to change your header tags: h1 / h2 / h3 etc. What's problematic is that the CSS file is a mess and there are a lot of properties already applied to them in a lot of different places. You could try to just search for h1 /h2 etc in style.css, but I would recommend that you download Firebug for firefox or CSSEdit if you're a mac user. They are both excellent programs for getting a great overview over your stylesheets.
