CHANGE SITE TITLE COLOR

Ok so this is now my second time asking this. First response just confused me then I received nothing back. I am using the theme Blogolife for a local business site I created http://boisecleaningservices.com.

All I need to change is the “”SITE TITLE”” Color and then the font to a different style. I have looked up and down my style.css coding and change just about everything that says site title or header to #000000 and nothing is changing. I will put the entire code below, could someone just let me know which part will change the site title and font style. It’s where it says “””BOISE CLEANING SERVICES””” right before the content starts?
