   Probably, but unless you know 200% sure what are you doing... I wouldn't go there.

   Whenever you go into MySQL - be afraid! phpMyadmin is a powerful tool and you can destroy your blog in a second. For inexperienced people I never advise to try it.
   But, of course, you can do it on your own risk :)
