   SOLVED

   Solution* after deleting all that stuff i had to put it back to get rss to work at all, and then i deleted a post and made it again to find the tagline changed, cheers

   In the RSS window, how do you force the Entries tagline to change?

   I most certainly went settngs > tagline > "changed tagline" > save

   and it will change the "Comments" rss to what I want, but it is refusing to change the "Entries"

   Should I go change the entry in mysql or is there another way to do it.

   update:

   I just deleted any line containing the word "description" from every file containing the word "rss" or feed" in the wp-includes folder:

   and it still displays that unwanted tagline, it wont die :)
