   I can't figure out how to change the names of the roles. Is there a way to do this site-wide without screwing something up?

   I want to change the actual names of the roles from author/editor.. etc to something else that makes more sense for the purpose of my blog.

   undoubtedly overkill but this will allow you to rename roles,

   Thanks for the reply. I may use it as a last resort. But I just really need to change the names .

   use worpdress role manager plugin. You can create new roles and capabilities with custom names.

   Role manager works great for what I needed. Thank you and hopefully this will help someone else.

   I installed role manager and changed Administrator to Admin and now I cant get into siteadmin. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

   URGENT!!!!
