Change read more to Read more

Locate the themes function.php file and see below (at around line 528)

function cc_replace_read_more($text) {
        return ' <a class="read-more-link" href="' . get_permalink() . '"><br />' . __('...read more', 'cc') . '</a>';
    }

and simply edit ‘…read more‘ as below to your requirements

<br />' . __('...read more', 'cc') . '</a>';
