Change portfolio description

Hello,
I have a section on my homepage where it says our other services and I created it through the portfolio section on wordpress.

For some reason on the home page it grabs part of the content on the actual portfolio page and places it in the description section underneath the image on my homepage in the portfolio section. I want to be able to have the content different on my homepage underneath portfolio to what is displayed on the actual portfolio page.

Anyone know how I can do this? my site is http://olympiatransport.com/wordpress/
