Could someone tell me how I can change the placement of the Series Post List Box that is automatically inserted? Currently it appears just before the content starts and I would like to have it appear just after the content is completed.
I have looked through the PHP files but was not clear what I should be changing.

A clue: change the position of %postcontent% token in the series-options page (for the post-list box).
For more fine control over it's placement you can use one of the shortcodes available in the Organize Series Shortcodes addon (see the Organize Series Downloads Page for it)
