   i am moving my blog from blogger to wordpress..

   but i want to keep all the post links same ...

   You need to update WordPress permalink structure.For that go to Settings->permalinks and add this /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%.html in Custom Structure. To get redirect posts from blogger to WordPress you can use this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/blogger-to-wordpress-redirection/
