If I change my permalink structure does it affect old posts or only posts after the change is made? This is because I don't want to lose links to older posts.
I want to choose a structure that does not include the date, because sometimes I repost information at a later date - by changing the publication date so that it appears at the front of the loop - but this causes links to the page to break (the permalink has changed). If I select a permalink structure without the date can I avoid this?
