Change pagination urls from catname/page/2 to /catname-2

Hello,
These settings are enabled on my site. I guess these settings change the permalinks for the post. How can these effect the permalinks of pagination?

Thanks for your response. But i am not sure what you are trying to say. i need to change my pagination urls. Like if category abc has 10 posts and on one page only 5 posts are shown, the default pagination urls are like this
http://www.mysite.com/category/abc
http://www.mysite.com/category/abc/page/2

I want the url to be like this
http://www.mysite.com/category/abc
http://www.mysite.com/category/abc-2
