Change page colour

    I want to change the page colour from white to a light blue.
    All I can see in the style sheet is to change the background, which I did but it did not change the page colour, but only the border around the site.

    Where is the line on the style sheet to change the page colour.

    you will have to post a URL as the answer is different for each theme. And please explain when you do, exactly what you want to change
