   Hi, trying to change my theme, downloaded the theme I like ( only allows me to download it to My Pictures as a zip file) and nothing is happening. I know it should be in wp-content/downloads. Do I create that folder?

   I found that folder already created on my server, in a folder called "public_html". I just don't know how to switch from the old theme to the new one.
