Change menu text colour?

Hi,

I am currently using “The Restaurant” theme on the following website: http://bit.ly/xfYWB6

I want to change the font colour in the menu that has the text like “Home”,”About Us” etc, but have searched high and low, and can’t figure it out!

Any help would be much appreciated!
