Change Login/Register link

I use WP Members additional. So I can set my login/register page on my own site.
ex.: http://www.mydomain.de/register

Is it possible to change the link of the login/registration from
ex.: http://www.mydomain.de/wp-login.php?action=register
to.: http://www.mydomain.de/register
