As we're all aware, when a comment is left, the name normally links to the address left in the 'website' field.
I have made the comments on my blog to DoFollow, but rather than have the link in the name, I want to create another field in the comment form where commenters can insert an appropriate anchor text for their site.
How do I go about doing this?

Check out the template tags.. http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/comment_author_url
This would be the url, but you would have to make a plugin to add in that extra field and make it insert the text in the theme.
<a href="<?php comment_author_url(); ?>"> Your new field here </a>
